SHIPPING COSTS

The shipping costs are calculated by weight/volume, shipping method and destination country. They are displayed in the shopping cart when logged in, but may differ from the actual shipping costs (packaging & filling material / individual or forwarding shipping)!

SHIPPING TERMS & DELIVERY TIMES

Smaller parcels (up to 40 kg) are shipped via GLS courier. For larger volumes and quantities (pallet goods) the goods are shipped by a forwarding agency.

GLS packages

Orders with invoice payment method or incoming payments for advance payment orders received before 11 o'clock, from Monday to Friday, will be shipped the same day if the ordered goods are available from stock. For advance payment please consider the bank transfer times. The estimated delivery time for packages in Europe goes from 1 to 5 working days (depending on the destination country). GLS does not deliver on Saturday.

Pallets & goods above 40kg

The shipment will usually be made one day after the receipt of the order. For advance payment the bank transfer times must be considered. The estimated delivery time for pallets depends on the destination country and volume. Shippers do not deliver on Saturday. A tracking is unfortunately not offered by the forwarders.

The shipments made by the forwarder are intended on street level. Forwarding is usually done on EURO pallets. We don’t charge the pallet(s) therefore the forwarder is obligated to exchange the pallet(s) immediately or after agreement.

Self-pickup

We offer our customers the possibility to pick up the ordered goods themselves. A notification will be send as soon as the goods are ready to be collected.

3rd party pickup

We offer our customers the possibility to pick up the ordered goods by a transport company. The waybill documents and stickers must be provided by the customer. A notification will be sent as soon as the goods are ready to be collected.

Additional Information

Please note that due to the high volume of shipments from early November to mid-December, delays may occur in both GLS and freight forwarding.

WRONG DELIVERIES, MISSING QUANTITY, TRANSPORT DAMAGE, RETURNS

In case of mistakes we will either substitute the goods with the correct ones or send the missing parts.

The packages must be inspected thoroughly upon delivery and any damage must be reported immediately to the forwarder and to us.

Before returning any goods, we must be informed in advance by sending an email to office@arnezeder.com. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
